Shawn Ashley was recommended to me by my sister, so I knew she had to be good, but she exceeded my expectations. Shawn showed me almost 30 houses over the course of a year. Shawn was always extremely patient and happy (who could be happy to keep showing someone that many houses??). She gave her honest opinion about houses, and if she thought it was overpriced or just not a good house - she told me! She wanted to make sure I was taken care of, and I trusted that she was looking out for me the whole time. I know she is very busy, but I always felt like the most important client (as I am sure she makes everyone feel!). Shawn and her team of Miles and Taylor always were there for me. Between the three of them, they helped me find my dream home and didn't miss a beat along the way. They are punctual, follow up well, respond in the evenings and weekends, and truly care that you understand the process and what is going on. I couldn't give a better review to them, I am truly thankful for all their help and kindness throughout the entire process. And I am really thankful we got me the perfect house!

The process of selling a home will always carry some stress; selling a home that belongs to a recently deceased parent, and doing so while living 2,000+ miles away, carries a lot of it. And yet, with her professionalism and market knowledge, Tara Lochmandy took much of that stress away for me and my family. She asked what our needs were in pursuing a sale of the house, when and how and where we could be involved in the process, and when we needed her to run with things. And then she jumped in with both feet. Tara accurately assessed the local market and the relevant value dynamics for our particular property, and helped us think through the right pricing strategy. She developed a good go-to-market plan and timetable that allowed us to get on the market, into the selling phase and to a closed transaction very quickly. She organized and managed local service providers to help with cleaning, repairs and other activities -- which was particularly helpful to us, given we live so far away from the property itself. And through all of this she was always available, often instantaneously, via phone call, email or text. I don't know how many clients Tara works with at a time, but I can tell you that, for me, it felt like I was the only one. In short, I would recommend Tara and Cressy & Everett again and again; you won't be disappointed in the quality of the service or the outcome of your real estate transaction.
